Lonestar is hiring a Hydro Vac Operator for a camp position in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role operates hydro vac units for daylighting excavation associated with pipeline, construction, utility, and oil terminal work, including trenching, shoring, equipment setup, inspections, paperwork, and unit maintenance. Candidates need a Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license, at least one year of commercial driving experience, manual-transmission driving ability, and previous labour-intensive experience; Hydro Vac experience, safety tickets, and 24/7 emergency-call flexibility are preferred or required. The position offers union wages of $35.88–$40.00 per hour based on experience, along with paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.
