Costy's Energy Services is hiring a full-time Hydro-Vac Operator / Crew Supervisor to lead and manage field crews performing hydro-excavation, pit and tank cleaning, and other oil and gas site services. The role requires operating Hydro-Vac trucks, enforcing safety and regulatory procedures, training crew members, coordinating with clients and site supervisors, inspecting equipment, and maintaining job records. The position pays $28–$32 per hour, offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and requires travel across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
