Havtech is hiring a Sales Engineer for its Morin Hydronics business to develop long-term customer relationships and expand account penetration with contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and owners. The role involves hydronic and steam system selection, project needs analysis, facility walk-throughs, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, contract review, project readiness, and account planning. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field, strong communication and presentation skills, HVAC and hydronics knowledge, and at least 20% travel.
