HDR is looking for a Hydropower Engineering Manager (Mechanical Design) to join their Northern California team. The role involves leading complex modernization projects, inspiring a multidisciplinary team, and influencing significant hydropower projects. The manager will focus on shaping the strategy, growth, technical excellence, recruitment, and retention of the NorCal hydropower mechanical practice. Responsibilities include overseeing production section operations, ensuring quality, providing technical oversight for various studies, acting as a Technical Leader and Project Manager, and managing administrative tasks.
