Description
HDR is hiring a Hydropower Structural EIT/Designer in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supports hydropower clients by assisting senior engineers with reinforced-concrete and structural-steel design and analysis, engineering reports and memos, construction documentation, project administration, and structural design projects. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, familiarity with Microsoft Office and structural design software such as AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD, SAP, TEDDS, RAM, ETABS, or SAFE, and an employee-owner mindset. An EIT certificate or ability to obtain one within six months is preferred, with candidates without an EIT hired under the Hydropower Structural Designer title.
