HDR is hiring a Hydropower Structural EIT/Designer for its Charlotte, North Carolina office. The entry-level role supports structural engineers and inspectors on hydropower design and construction activities, including reinforced concrete and structural steel analysis, engineering reports, construction documentation, and project administration. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering and knowledge of Microsoft Office plus structural design software such as AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD, SAP, TEDDS, RAM, ETABS, or SAFE. A master's degree, EIT certification or ability to obtain it within six months, and prior structural design experience are preferred.
