The Hydro testing operator performs pressure and leak testing of rupture disc and holder assemblies in a manufacturing environment. The role involves determining test pressures, setting up flanges, using hand and lifting equipment, operating hydraulic and air presses, recording test data, and ensuring products meet specifications and are dispatched on time. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and ERP skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift flanges up to 50 pounds.
