Description
The Hygiene & Waste Team Manager will lead and develop a team supporting Youfoodz manufacturing operations in Karawatha, Brisbane. The role oversees washroom and bin-room operations, waste removal, chemical and PPE ordering, titration documentation, continuous improvement, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and WH&S requirements. It requires five years of food manufacturing experience, at least two years leading frontline leaders or large operational teams, knowledge of WH&S, HACCP, and food manufacturing compliance, a valid forklift license, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is permanent and full-time, with an immediately available start and competitive salary and benefits.
