Valar is hiring a full-time I&A Analyst to support a global client based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Reporting to the Head of Research in Nairobi, the role manages research programs, produces timely analytical products, identifies security and access information gaps, coordinates with government, private-sector, civil-society, and other stakeholders, manages field researchers and information databases, and oversees operational budgets. The position requires 3–7 years of experience, including at least one year in Sub-Saharan Africa, strong English and French communication skills, and experience briefing senior leaders.
