Description
The I&C Programmer II designs, programs, troubleshoots, and commissions instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater projects. The role involves PLC, SCADA, and human-machine-interface programming; review of specifications and drawings; creation of material take-offs; implementation of Ethernet and wireless communications; and coordination with project managers, project teams, and clients. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of related experience with PLC and SCADA software, networking, and system commissioning, and a valid driver's license.
