Description
The I&E Planner screens incoming work orders, determines scope and planning requirements, conducts field walk-downs, identifies hazards, estimates hours and skills, plans jobs for skilled trades, coordinates QA/QC and equipment and parts requirements, prepares work packages and procedures, maintains backlog and bills of materials, and supports priority setting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience as a Journeyman I&E Technician or Maintenance Planner in a heavy industrial environment, and knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and P&IDs.
