Description
The I & E Technician Offshore performs electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of oil and gas onshore and offshore instrumentation and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining production, installing and servicing motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, PLCs, wiring, conduit, and protective devices, and conducting preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 to 10+ years of relevant electrical and motor-driven equipment experience, relevant mechanical equipment experience, offshore platform work, swing rope certification, and the ability to work varying shifts and overtime. Estimated annual pay is $105,000 to $155,000 based on an hourly schedule.
