Description
The Senior Civil Engineer Program Manager supports Air Mobility Command’s strategic and non-strategic civil engineering basing, beddown, and Site Activation Task Force activities. The role participates in strategic planning, programming, analysis, justification, presentation, execution, and review; collaborates with federal, military, host-nation, and private stakeholders; prepares correspondence and documentation; maintains command-level liaison; and provides resource management and funding advocacy. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent education-and-experience combination, at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband level, and must meet U.S. citizenship, Selective Service, security clearance, and other employment conditions.
