Merlin Digital Partner is seeking an AI Engineer for a rapidly growing startup building an AI-powered debt recovery platform. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and integrating AI tools and agents into a fullstack application, customizing AI solutions for clients, building internal automation tools, and evaluating new AI technologies. The position requires at least four years of software development experience and proven experience creating and maintaining generative AI solutions, with a technology stack including Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and n8n. It is a permanent direct-hiring role with a hybrid model in Barcelona and a salary range of €50,000–€70,000.
