LifeLabs is hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support its IAM and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) programs. The role manages account provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, authentication, privileged access, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, identity governance, incident resolution, integrations, documentation, compliance, and service delivery across on-premises and cloud environments. The analyst will also mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, application, and governance teams. The position requires 5–6 years of CIAM/IAM experience and 5 years of information security experience, with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID experience required; the salary is CAD 81,431–103,825 annually.
