RSM is hiring an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting leader to design, implement, assess, and test IAM solutions for international clients. The role involves leading teams, managing client engagements and communications, providing IAM thought leadership, and working with platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, Ping, ForgeRock, and OneLogin. It also requires expertise in federated IAM architecture, security protocols, infrastructure, compliance standards, penetration testing, and IAM maturity assessments.
