Textron is hiring an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise identity solutions. The role covers authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, account management, automation, Entra ID, Active Directory, PingFederate, troubleshooting, integration, and compliance. Candidates need a BS/BA in a relevant field and at least two years of Identity and Access Management experience; ITAR access is required, and experience with directory services, programming, databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools is preferred.
