Cronos Europa is hiring an IAM Engineer (Operations & Entra ID) to work in Warsaw, Poland, supporting large-scale European Institution IT programmes. The role administers and monitors Microsoft Identity Manager and Entra ID, provides second-line IAM support, troubleshoots identity systems, manages access and incidents, implements changes through ITIL processes, and maintains technical documentation. Candidates need a bachelor or master degree in IT, at least five years of relevant professional experience, at least four years in a similar role, strong English, and hands-on experience with Entra ID, federation, SSO, identity lifecycle, and ITIL processes.
