G-Research is hiring an IAM Engineering Manager in London to lead the strategy, engineering direction, and operational excellence of its identity and access management platforms. The role is hands-on and technical, combining people leadership with architecture, design, automation, and governance across authentication, authorisation, identity lifecycle, access management, and developer identity services. The manager will partner closely with engineering, security, risk, and audit teams to modernize identity services, strengthen controls, and build a scalable, secure identity control plane.
