Description
The IAM Operations Manager leads the organization’s IAM operations team across identity and access management functions, with responsibility for incident and problem response, monitoring, system availability, compliance, risk management, and the execution of IAM strategies and policies. The role manages workflows, coordinates with business units and suppliers, oversees root cause analysis and process improvements, integrates IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms, and mentors IAM operations staff. Required qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related subject, plus experience in cybersecurity management or equivalent leadership; several security certifications are preferred.
