Red Sift is hiring a Software Engineer to safeguard and enhance the reliability, security, usability, and scalability of its Identity and Access Management (IAM) and platform front-end systems. The role involves building robust code, operationalizing admin procedures, optimizing authentication and subscription services, and integrating AI-native development practices. Candidates should have professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, API design, testing, NoSQL databases, Git, cloud platforms, OAuth-like flows, and ideally LLM integration. The role is based in Barcelona or London, with fully remote arrangements possible in similar time zones, and includes a competitive base salary, bonus, equity, pension, vacation, health insurance, and other benefits.
