RESPEC is hiring a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Software Engineer to lead enterprise security modernization for a key public safety client. The role owns the client's identity ecosystem, architects centralized authentication using SAML 2.0 and OIDC, modernizes governance and role-based access control, automates provisioning and application onboarding, and manages SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, privileged access management, access reviews, and related integrations. The position requires 8+ years of IAM architecture and application integration experience, 5+ years of identity provider and access modeling experience, and 3+ years of SailPoint, scripting, and privileged access experience. It follows a hybrid work model based within commuting distance of Austin, Texas.
