Enko Education is hiring IB Coordinators to lead and manage International Baccalaureate programmes (PYP, MYP, or DP) in schools across Africa. The role involves ensuring compliance with IB standards, coordinating with the International Baccalaureate Organization, supporting and mentoring teachers, overseeing assessments and documentation, and contributing to school improvement. Candidates need prior IB coordination or teaching and leadership experience, knowledge of at least one IB programme, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and the local language. The position is available on a part-time to full-time, temporary to permanent basis.
