Howden is hiring a permanent IBA Manager to supervise Finance Technicians handling retail insurance markets. The role leads team development and performance management, manages IBA accounting operations including cash matching, payment requests, entries, reconciliations, and stakeholder relationships, and drives operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Candidates need prior finance or accounting experience, ledger and reconciliation experience, staff leadership experience, IBA knowledge, and relevant English and numeracy skills; an AAT or other accounting qualification is desirable. The role may offer flexible hours or hybrid working.
