Hochschule Worms is hiring a full-time, permanent IBA Master’s Degree Programme Management specialist to coordinate academic operations, advise international students, manage examinations and study documents, support quality assurance, organize study events, and plan semester schedules for the International Business Administration degree programmes. The role requires a completed university degree, strong German and English communication skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and preferably experience in degree programme management and university administration.
