SEL.HERMES GMBH & CO. KG is hiring a full-time IBM Spectrum Protect Administrator for a remote work/telework assignment in Munich, starting 15.09.2026. The role administers and develops IBM Spectrum Protect, supports Windows and Linux server environments, manages backup and restore operations, supports platform and client migrations, maintains tape robotics and tape drives, supports Veeam environments, automates tasks with DevOps and scripting, and optimizes backup infrastructure. Candidates need a computer science degree or comparable IT qualification, several years of IBM Spectrum Protect experience, migration experience, Windows and Linux knowledge, backup and change management experience, and German C2 and English B2 proficiency.
