Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, ICC certification in soils, structural masonry, or reinforced concrete, or an Engineering Intern designation with at least one year of relevant experience, along with a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work at job sites, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.
