New Hope Community is hiring a Direct Support Professional I to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential ICF setting. The role provides assistance with daily routines, personal care, meals, community participation, health and safety, behavioral and medication supports, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and support staff. It offers day and night shifts, 24-hour coverage, and requires a high school diploma or GED, OPWDD training, and SCIP, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications, along with a valid New York State driver's license and acceptable driving record.
