Description
The Resource Center is hiring a Laundry Aide for an intermediate care facility role supporting household laundry and cleaning tasks for residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Duties include washing, drying, folding, sorting, and storing linens and personal clothing; maintaining the linen closet; loading and operating the dishwasher; cleaning kitchen and dining surfaces; and wiping down wheelchairs. The position requires following multi-step instructions, communicating effectively, working independently, understanding residents' needs, meeting physical job demands, lifting at least 30 pounds, and passing a criminal background check.
