Description
The ICF-MCC Certified Executive Coach will provide executive and team coaching, organizational development, strategy support, change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation consulting for company initiatives. The role involves analyzing organizational documents and processes, documenting current capabilities, facilitating workshops and strategic sessions, preparing reports, developing communication plans, conducting 360 assessments, and delivering feedback on behaviors and team dynamics. The position reports to a Program Manager but works independently with little oversight and requires a BA/BS degree, ICF-MCC certification, at least 10 years of coaching and facilitator experience, government-consulting experience, and Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency.
