Description
The role provides mental health and substance use disorder services, including assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, case management, referrals, discharge placement, documentation, and field-based services. It also coordinates with physical health providers, supports the ICM step-down program, and serves as a lead resource for Case Managers. The position requires a master’s degree and California Board of Behavioral Sciences registration or license, a valid California driver’s license, current auto insurance, cultural competency, and shift coverage; bilingual ability, Microsoft Office, and EHR software knowledge are preferred.
