Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a full-time ICS Program Manager to lead, develop, implement, and operationally manage Individualized Care Services programs for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Roanoke, Virginia area. The role oversees person-centered service delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal oversight, staff supervision, and team culture, with approximately 1.5 hours of travel around the service area. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Qualified Professional credentials, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurability, and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
