Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Winterville, North Carolina area. The role supervises direct-care staff, ensures compliance with applicable standards, supports individualized service plans, and involves regular travel of up to 1.5 hours within the general area. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., is salaried, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
