Description
The ICST Behavior Specialist supports individuals with behavioral challenges by conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, training caregivers and staff, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with behavioral challenges, knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies, and familiarity with data collection systems. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week.
