Orange is hiring an IT&C Tender Specialist to manage end-to-end public and international IT and communication tenders, from publishing on national electronic systems through proposal submission and winner announcement. The role coordinates suppliers and internal stakeholders, prepares bid documentation, supports site visits and clarifications, monitors public-acquisition regulations, improves bid processes, and provides analysis and reporting. Candidates need at least three years of bidding experience, a Public Acquisition Expert diploma or certification, and experience identifying experts and similar-project references.
