Description
The ICT Project Coordinator will coordinate small to medium ICT projects and technical initiatives from initiation through closure, maintaining plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and project-control records. The role coordinates technical teams across networks, cloud and data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, monitoring and service operations; facilitates scoping, readiness, testing, acceptance, handover and transition; supports stakeholder, supplier and contract coordination; and prepares management reporting and project documentation. The position requires at least three years of ICT project or technical initiative coordination experience, familiarity with ICT infrastructure and service-management domains, and at least one internationally recognized project-management certification.
