Description
The ICT Project Coordinator will coordinate small to medium ICT projects and technical initiatives from initiation through closure, maintaining plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and project-control records. The role coordinates technical teams across networks, cloud, data centres, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, monitoring, and service operations; facilitates scoping, readiness, testing, acceptance, handover, and transition activities; manages stakeholder, supplier, procurement, and contract implementation; and prepares management reporting and improvement recommendations. The position requires at least three years of ICT project or technical initiative coordination experience, familiarity with ICT infrastructure and service-management domains, and at least one internationally recognized project-management certification.
