Egis is looking for an experienced and innovative ICT Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's ICT infrastructure, optimizing existing systems, developing project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting system audits, providing technical support, staying updated on emerging technologies, delivering technical documentation, managing vendor relationships, participating in disaster recovery planning, and supporting critical system operations during incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and security systems, proficiency in network protocols and cloud computing, familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, understanding of IT service management frameworks like ITIL, excellent project management and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. They should also possess relevant certifications and be willing to work in a multicultural environment and occasionally respond to off-hour emergencies.
