Description
The ICT Project Manager will lead and manage complex public-sector information technology projects from initiation through closure, establishing project controls, plans, schedules, governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, quality standards, and stakeholder engagement. The role uses Agile methodologies, manages delivery teams and workloads, prepares project documentation and steering committee materials, and coordinates with project boards, business stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant information technology experience, including at least three years in an ICT Project Manager or comparable project delivery role, a master's degree or equivalent Level 7 qualification, and at least one recognized project management certification.
