Capco is hiring an ICT Risk Analyst for its consulting team in Milan to support the development and maintenance of ICT and cyber risk management frameworks, assess and monitor risks, define risk indicators and metrics, track vulnerabilities and remediation, prepare risk dashboards and reports, and collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of experience in ICT, cyber, operational, or risk and regulatory environments, knowledge of risk frameworks and cybersecurity, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week onsite in Milan, with a minimum gross annual base salary of €29,000 and possible discretionary or variable bonus.
