Description
HDR is hiring an ICT Technical Specialist for its Building Engineering Services Business Group in Chicago, Illinois. The role produces design drawings, calculations, specifications, and construction documents; evaluates and applies low-voltage, structured-cabling, outside-plant, and fiber-optic systems; and performs engineering assignments under the supervision of a lead designer or licensed engineer. The position requires an associate's degree in engineering or a related field, equivalent work experience, at least five years of engineering experience in the supported discipline, hands-on computer-application experience, knowledge of industry standards, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.
