The ICT Services Engineer will configure, provision, test, refurbish, and deploy ICT equipment for customers and internal stakeholders, including server and IT equipment, 3PL and distribution orders, complex equipment assemblies, and returned inventory. The role requires CCNA/FCP certification, a computer networking diploma or degree, at least two years of ICT industry experience, and strong technical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
