Description
The ICT System Engineer intern will support customers by answering phone and email questions, independently resolving first-line issues, consulting on complex matters, and helping manage workstations and infrastructure. The role is intended for a final-year MBO level 4 ICT student, with mentorship from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to complete a final assignment. The employer is an ICT service provider in Staphorst, and the role requires fluent Dutch, basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and preferably living near the employer for partly office-based work.
