SoFi Tech Solutions is hiring an ICT Validation Specialist to report to the Regulatory Compliance Testing Team Lead. The role executes compliance testing and validation for customer remediation and restitution efforts, evaluates remediation milestones and restitution formulas, coordinates with compliance, data analytics, and technical teams, investigates errors, and prepares validation documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years of compliance testing or auditing experience in financial services or a regulated banking institution, along with knowledge of consumer lending, credit cards, and consumer and commercial payments. The disclosed US-based base compensation is $1–$2 USD, with possible bonus or long-term incentive eligibility.
