The County of Washington Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Department is hiring a full-time Intellectual Disabilities Program Director to direct planning, coordination, and oversight of intellectual disability and autism services in Washington County. The role oversees compliance, needs assessment, data review, policy impact analysis, annual quality-management planning, and provider qualification and monitoring. It requires one year of experience as a County Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist 2, or an alternative combination of five years of intellectual-disabilities experience including three years of administrative, supervisory, or managerial work, plus a bachelor’s degree.
