Description
AWS is hiring a Rack Lifecycle Tech to work hands-on in data centers, installing, cabling, testing, documenting, handing off, and decommissioning racks and related infrastructure. The role executes work orders, performs fiber and power testing, maintains inventory and CMDB/DCIM records, supports deployment readiness, and follows EHS, LOTO, and AWS standards. It is an individual-contributor position requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations, or technical project management, along with fiber and test-equipment experience and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
