Description
The role manages work-in-process lot flow and execution across semiconductor manufacturing, including priority and hold lots, NPI and pilot production, experiment setup, SWR and GCP execution, lot disposition, process changes, line performance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and SPC-based yield improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, semiconductor manufacturing or fab operations experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, cross-functional coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for multi-shift operations.
