Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Cost Program Manager to lead cost-performance and operational-efficiency programs across OpEx, Tool Install & Qual, and Max-Out initiatives in its Idaho Strategic Program Management Office. The role partners with engineering, procurement, planning, finance, and global teams to reduce cost per wafer and cost per gigabit, track KPIs, resolve capacity constraints, and apply analytics, automation, and AI tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor fab or front-end manufacturing experience, and at least three years of cross-functional program or project management experience.
