The Arc of Anchorage is hiring a male-only Live-In Life Skills Coach to provide active support, care, supervision, and daily living instruction for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential home. The role works five consecutive 24-hour shifts, includes transportation, home maintenance, coordination with service providers, documentation, safety, and mentoring, and pays up to $280 per day, approximately $67,000 annually. Applicants must be located in Alaska, have a high school diploma or GED, six months of developmental disabilities experience, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a driving record meeting insurance requirements.
