Description
Wellspring is hiring a full-time IDD Participant Services Coordinator (Resource Coordinator) to coordinate services for approximately 40–45 participants enrolled in day-program services. The role manages participant goals, incident reports, family and agency communication, ISP and annual planning, and documentation while also supporting crisis response, behavioral escalations, and program engagement. The position requires at least two years of experience in developmental disabilities or a related human services field, familiarity with Colorado’s Medicaid Waiver system, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening. Compensation is $50,000–$53,000, with one weekly work-from-home day after probation and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
